You can buy special tools for removing door cards which is fairly cheap from a local motorfactors and IMO worth spending £5-£10 and not damaging the door cards.
That's a bit unneccessary IMO. There really is no need and no real chance to damage the door cards when removing them.
The grab handle comes off easily enough, revealing the two screws beneath.
The screws around the edge are already exposed, so no worries there.
The plastics on the front of the door card pull off easily.
Then it's just a case of gently pulling out the poppers holding the rest in place, which wont be made any safer with a £10 tool as it's the force that could do the damage, not the way in which that force is applied.
Once off you just need to support it and undo the electrical connections underneath.
It's about 5 minutes work, if that, with no real chance to do any damage.
