How to Remove the front headlights off a seat ibiza mk5

Hi there!

i just found an awesome pair of angel eyes for my new seat ibiza.. and would like to replace them with the standard ones.. however they seem to be a little bit difficult to remove.

does any one know how to remove the factory headlights ? or at least have in hand a detailed technical manual?

would appreciate some help !
