29 with an FR Tdi, used to have Golfs 2 TDI 150's. A mate at work is 31 and has a C-max now he gets the p155 ripped for that. My dad borrowed my car for work and got quite a bit of respect (he's 58) said it ruined his back though and was happier in his Saab!!!!!

It doesn't matter what age you are to appreciate a great car as many many people have said.

Just turned 50. had my current Leon Fr 170 TDI since March last year and had a 04 Cupra TDI for the previous 3 years.
Just plucking up the courage to get a remap!
Love the car!

50 in December with an FR Tdi black magic with 18's i-pod, convenience, winter and rear air bags. First new car I've ever bought - love it to bits :p
Also have a mkiv Toyota Supra GZ twin turbo in the garage if more fun is required !

Just closer to 60 than 50 and echo the earlier 'who cares about age' sentiments :)

Been interested in cars and motorsport all my life, but family committments meant that after the cars of my youth, more modest forms of transport were necessary! Only really got to enjoying my cars after turning 50-ish. Mid-life crisis? Maybe, but each car since has been the best I've ever owned, and the current Cupra is top of the list :)

35 here, never had a fast car before. Had 4x4s for years, looking forward to putting the Cupra through its paces on my journies to and from work on a mixture of A&B roads, 15 miles each way!
Catch me if you can!

Had an Arosa (1 litre) when I was 17. Kept that until 2003 when I got an Ibiza.
Since then I've had 2 mk1 Leons (Cupra, FR TDI+), 1 mk2 Leon TDI ref Sport and
have just changed back to an Ibiza FR TDI (two weeks ago).

Never owned anything other than a seat, much to most people's amazement.

Perhaps its time to try a different brand

24 years old here, New Cupra arrives next week.

Your as young as you feel! Tell those folks who say your too old to drive one to go buy a Saab ;-)

Im 23 and considered buying a Saab 9-5 Aero before looking at the Leon FR!

I fear that I would reduce the average age of Saab drivers by buying one!

well, no diss on Saabs, a couple of mates have them and theyre quite good solid cars, they do tend to turn you into some sort a sensible driver though.

They say they must have some sort of cloaking device, the police just arent interested in you, even if your breaking the speed limit and drving like a...

Some of the Aero's aint slow, 150+ top speed standard out of a 2ltr

just turned 36, been driving for 10 years and had a 1.4 mk2 ibiza estillo before this which my old boss described as a 'trainee hairdressers car'

I don't give a monkeys what other people think of my car, I like that it's got oomph without looking flashy.

My dad is 67 and has always had cars which later turn into the best sellers (Mini, Mk 2 Cortina 1600E, Escort xr3i, Astra 16v...he almost got an Impreza a few years ago..maybe I'm glad he didn't, he drives like a boy racer anyway so he may have wrapped it around a tree!
