How long do your tyres last?

I've got a remapped Cupra, and a few months ago - I was mocking a friend for going through his tyres very quickly... and now I'm the bloody same!? I drive conservatively sometimes and 'spirited' others so pretty average for the type of car I'd imagine?!

I've not had my Toyo's a year, and they're already scrabbling for grip (although not close to the legal limit)... I'm not sure how many miles they've done exactly, but they've not done 10k.

Is this normal, or a) do I drive them too hard, or b) were the Toyo's a bad choice?

I had Yoko's on my Mk2, and they weren't as bad, but the car didn't have as much power? I'm days away from getting new wheels and i'm not too keen on replacing 17'' tyres as quickly.

Cheers,

i go through fronts every 8k and rears last about 20k ish, but they normally have a trackday on them at least once :)

6 months is my limit on fronts on my standard cupra. I dont drive hard that often but i still munch those fronts. :(

Ive tried P Zero Neros, GSD3s and now im on ZE512s they've all lasted about the same time.

Front GSD3 11K hard drive
Rear Pirelli PZero 40k min!

Infact, my car has done 120k and I dont remember changing them. MUAH!

Toyos suck imo, I wish GSD4 would appear, GSD3 are so 90's
