How Is the skirts mounted?

I have ordered a pair of Seat Ibiza cupra skirts to my Ibiza 1,6..
But how Is the Skirts mounted to the side of the car? can someone add a "how to" or tell me the details?
Do I have to drill some holes?clips?

How Is those clips mounted to the car?
glue? I need those clips but how do I mount those to the car?

i used self tappers, you could use really sticky glue
