how hard is it to remove the rear bumper

i need to get my rear bumper off for a touch up in the body shop, i would leave the car there but i need it over xmas so im leaving the bumper instead, but how do i get it off? easy or a nightmare? cheers for any help oh sorry mk3 ibiza cupra

1st u would need to take the lights out that are above the number plate, pull clips towards each other and they come down. I then removed the bump strip, BE very carefull. then there are a serious of bolts under the rear arch's. inside boot and just check under neath of rear car. I was a help with this at my local bodyshop and this is what they had done. hope it helps
