How easy is it to remove rear adjusters on coilovers?

As above really? Got my coilovers fitted at weekend and even though i told the mechanic to leave the adjusters off on the rear he put them in and wound them right down :doh:
is it a big job to remove them? how would i do this?

Not a big job really, just need to get the back end on axle stands, take the two bolts out of the bottom of the struts and use a jack to support the axle as it swings down. Then just unscrew the adjusters. Have a look in my progress thread, I just put mine back in the other week as was too low with ICE in the boot, but will give you an idea of what you're working with.

Bear in mind the springs dont really sit right with the adjusters out and it makes the ride on the rear worse.

Depends on the kit I think, mine had no adjusters in when I got them, they sat reasonably well, however, handling is noticably better with the adjusters in
