homemade TIP

does anyone have the dimensions of there homemade TIP??

and the sizes of the parts that come out to the dump valve and stuff????

This for a k03 fella.?

Id say 45mm 90degree reducer to 63mm then past the gearlinaage step it up to 76mm....Then a coupler reducer on to the maf...

The Dv ports are required to be 25mm (1'') and the evap would be a 5mm self sealing bung along with the Vac & n75...

Tbh unless u have all the Evap & n249 ect done it would work out more expensive than a forge tip as the bungs are around 20quid each...

This is the one i made for the IHI....Pointless on doing it on a k03x unit...

Ive seen a home made tip on a ko4 and dont even know where it was from, APR i think.

Mine's now made up from (bottom to top):

1x 45-51mm 90 degree silicone hose
1x Revotec 76-63-51mm stepped aluminium reducer
1x 76mm 90 degree silicone hose
1x Revotec 25mm hose take-off for DV return
1x Revotec 8mm hose take-off for N75

I've binned my EVAP, SAI and PCV so I didn't need any other ports
