High beam switch

My high beam stalk has snapped internally i think and i cannot put my full beams on. The left and right indicator work fine tho. Has anyone here experienced this problem and whats the best way to get around fixing it?

I just had this tonight, at first full beams wouldnt turn off, at all, even with key out and everything

so gave the stalk a good tug and know they are off, for good, feels like the stalk has like seized.
what was the problem/solution for you?
