I can echo the above - Bay Horse have been the easiest dealership to deal with that i have come accross. None of the 'no, no, no' ignorant attitudes to modifying either - they actually understand what your on about when you say you want to fit a FMIC. Spoke to Terry in service.

What a refreshing change.

While taking 'Er Indoors to find a new car I noticed a really annoying, "tinny" rattle from the back end of my Leon FR. I looked all over for it - under the seats, spare wheel well, as good a look as I could underneath, but I couldn't find where the noise was. As we were planning to look at the Ibiza, I 'phoned Bay Horse at about 12.45 to see if there was anything they could do. Kim suggested that I bring the car in for 2.00 so that their guys could spend a couple of minutes on it to see if it's serious before booking it in properly.

When I got there one of the chaps said, "Oooh. That doesn't sound too good. Sounds like you've got a stone in the [insert some part of the car here]." He said that they were stacked with work, but might be able to have a look in an hour or so.

As 'Er Indoors was planning on having a test drive, that wasn't a problem for me. Thirty minutes later their service guy came back with my key in one hand and a stone in the other, saying, "There you go - that's what it was." When I asked for the invoice he said, "Don't worry - we'll call it quits."

While I appreciate that this may have been because we were looking at buying a car, they had no guarantee that we would, but still did the work at no charge anyway.

Fantastic service, especially as I didn't buy the car from them. Rattle gone, me happy.
