Then look at brakes like the others said, if on a budget you can opt for the 312mm conversion TT kit at £225. But if you want some real stoppers then upgrade to 4-pots from brembo or AP ( but you will need to increase size of wheels for this option)

Seen them Brembo's your talking about on jbs auto designs website and i like!
But would they not fit behind the original 16" FR wheels??

I would say to do it in the way that i have done it. I firstly got the strut brace, then the TT 312 mm brake conversion.Then i fitted a green cotton dynatwist cold air induction kit. Then the Milltek turbo back exhaust. Then the suspension, i went for the sachs kit, only because i work for them and can get them for myself at cost price. Then i changed to a Front mounted intercooler which makes the car rev for longer and harder through the rev range. I also have 215/40/17 cupra wheels on for a bit extra grip and traction and have also fitted the rear strut brace to stiffen things up that little bit more. I am getting the allards VT2 turbo and remap done on the 11th march along with having a Uprated Sachs clutch aswell, this way your upgrading evrything to make sure that the car can run and cope with much higher bhp and torque figures than they come out of the show room with.
Yes this whole saga has cost quite a bit of money but you i think i have done it the proper way, rather than just upping the power and leaving everything else standard and then finding out that you need to stop quickly and cant and also cant go round corners as fast and safely as you'd like.
Anyway, thats my opinion on what i would recomend but its entirely up to yourself and how deep your pockets are mate. Good luck btw.

Cheers spaniels thats exactly what i needed to read.

couple questions tho;
1.where did u get the "green cotton dynatwist cold air induction kit" from?
2.If u couldn't get the sachs suspension kit at cost price would that still be the one u'd go for, if not then wat one?
3.Did u get your rear strut brace from jabba sport as they're only company i can find that does them.

P.s. My cars going into the dealers tomo morning to get the seat sport strut brace so the journey has began!! :D

oh yeah my pockets pretty deep and getting re-filled all the time and this is all i wanna spend it on lol

1. If you see Bill ( Badger 5 on here) he should beable yo sort one out for you.
2.I was contemplating wether or not to go for sachs or get coilovers. Sachs are a very well known name all over the world for OE stuff and in motorsport and aftermarket stuff. The setup is much better than the standard Fr one, much stiffer and also lowers it nicely imho.
3.Nope, there was a Group Buy on here about a month ago, dont know if its still going or not, but it cost £68 and was a bit fiddley to get fitted imho, but also well worth the money. As for getting the dealer to fit your strut brace, dont waste your money, its a 10 min job and is a peice of piss to fit.
