A Little!? Saying the guy whos never done em... As ive done 2 sets i can confirm theyre "well hard"!!

Best way is to use a pair of wires to hook round the vent slats on each side of the vent and yank hard, very hard - but keep them straight at all times or it will come out of the housing (not good).... Either that or use a T20 torx to get the whole facia out but its a bugger on cars with Climate as its almost impossible to get to 2 of the screws (need a ratchet or tiny screwdriver)

Hope it helps - oh Me and Mike_OBD called this process "Vent Casting" its quite fun cos of the difficulty.
