HELP - I've been an idiot

Today the infamous air conditioning rattle became too much for me and I decided to do something about. I think I have fixed the rattle however, I was taking care not to scratch any unit during the process but in the final 30 seconds of putting the stereo back in I managed to scratch the grey surround, a minute earlier I inadvertently rested the stereo on the FR gear stick and scratched that quite badly. Now does anyone know of any touch up paint for the ineterior? Or any other way to cover these scrapes up? I can't believe I've done it... please... I need help!

Yeah think its gonna be. SEAT told me that its £17 for a new gear knob, so it could be worse. And using a pencil (and vaseline!) the scratch on the trim isnt really noticeable. BUT the rattle is still there but now its worse! aghhh
