I was driving today and under hard acceleration got a sudden stutter and then very rough running with flashing orange EML. No smoke, no loss of fluids. Car has just had an oil change and MOT last week (it's a BAM 225 LCR with revo stage one remap, no physical mods). The AA guy said the oil is slightly over filled but not enough that he thought would cause an issue, especially as there's no smoke.
I pulled in and checked the fault codes with torque app on my phone and got nothing, so tried driving again and got flashing EML and torque showing Misfire on cyl 3 - so stopped again and called the AA thinking coil packs. I have noticed a slight stutter under hard boost in high gears a few times recently, but not frequent enough that I've got round to investigating.
AA guy came, swapped the coil on cyl 3 with the 1 spare he had in the van, ran the car again and it seemed rough still, scanned with his scanner and got codes for random misfire and misfires on cyl 1 and cyl 3.
So he did a bit of experimenting swapping the coils around (he put my coils back in and then swapped 3 and 4 over) and it seemed to be running a bit smoother so he followed me the couple of miles home before running another scan the EML flashed intermittantly on the drive when accelerating (very gently) but cleared again each time (was off when we stopped).
Once at home scanned again and he got Misfire on cyls 3 and 4, so he thinks 2 coils failed simultaneously, does this sound plausible or is there something else I should be checking / worrying about?
I have since scanned with vagcom and got the below, so nothing extra from what he picked up with the code reader in his van.

As he couldn't get parts on a sunday he said to call them out again tomorrow and they can either try to get 4 coils and replace at the roadside or recover to a garage of my choice.
I watched him change the coils to see if I thought I could do them myself but don't feel confident about getting the boost related stuff (Vacuum reservoir etc) back together correctly. So even if it's just coils it will need to be done either by the AA or the garage.
Does this sound like the classic coil pack failure or should i be worried?
