help! anyone replaced the front solid brake pipes???

The whole pipe has to be replaced so to save dicking about you just stick the grinder in there with a sliting disc and lop it off.

Even if you get it loose with mucho Plus Gas & heat, the unions still fecked and would be a total bodge to even put it back.

Being a top notch heating engineer my pipe work bending skills are like an art form. I made mine up from copper pipework, i then flared the end and had a nice fit and finish I knew those pipe benders would come in handy. and not being to cockey mine were better than the factory ones and they work a treat.

You have had excellent advice from Mork, Stu Etc.


P.S I showed mine to the local dealer and it put there attempts to shame. They asked me to do a few up for them.

well guys tryed heat and no luck so cut it off the car tonight, got a flairing tool and tryed on solid line heated lol so hard just bent,

so getting some copper tomorrow and just replacing the line, while im there ill fit me arb's too, oh the joy of cars lol
