Heating/ventilation fault

Hello everyone!
The car in question is a Leon ST 2015 1.6 TDI.
The problem that i'm facing is the following:
When I put the climate control on cold ( 22°C and under) everything works fine.. cold air blows out.
On the other hand, when I turn it to warm (25°C and higher) the air stops blowing completely on all 4 front vents and it only feels warm-ish, to the touch, on a single vent(driver side).
Does anyone know what may be the cause of this?
Thanks in advance!

Unfortunatelly not yet. I'm going on friday to a shop to try to diagnose it.
If it's the flaps fault... is it really that hard to replace them as i've heard? That you have to take the whole dashboard out in order to reach them?

Some can be accessed without full dash removal but all will need some dash panels removed to access.

Have you tried recalibrating the flaps?

It is easy to do yourself and if it doesnt work it won't have cost you anything.
