Heated Seats

I've got a problem with one of my heated seats, the drivers base doen't heat up, (although the back support does). Anyone had any experince of this, warranty claims sorted ok, quick fixes??

The elements in the seats can get broken if too much pressure is put on them.
There is something about this mentioned in the manual if i remember rightly.
Im very wary when hoovering the car since i found this out and its tempting to kneel on the seats to get into the centre console area.

Yeah I do recall that in the manual and could possibly have succumbed to kneeling on the seats from time to time when in a rush to get something from the car. Its booked into the dealer now and my ar*se is getting cold.

didnt know that better be more careful jumping in and out of mine!

Mine are playing up as well the lower back one works fine but the base one take forever to heat up and only do very slightly. The passenger one works fine so the wife keeps telling me!
