well its been a very very long time since i posted on here last time i did the ibiza was working fine

but after a blown head gasket and work commitments i haven't been able to anything for it and its sat in my garage for 8 months

but now i'm getting a 1.8 16v golf gti engine on the cheap and im transplanting tht and getting rid of the 1.4 lump lol!

atm im at the stage of stripping it down nearly ready to pull the engine out and i took some piccys lol!!

cool little project youve undertaken there...

Why not try and make it like the VW's bays and try and make it so all you can see is the engine? lol

Sounds like a PITA to do and hide all the wiring but it looks smart

yerr i know of a mk1 golf in orange tht has tht done to it i think i'll have a look at doing the same but depends how much work has to be done with putting the new engine in lol

i miss my ibiza so i want it back asap LOL

well i got my R1 bike carbs sitting nicely here waiting for the new engine to go in so i can put them on......did i mention i was doing tht LOL

shud scream with them lol
