18"s

another 5dr FR owner :funk:

not sure about the 18's...they look odd, however, they do fill the wheel arches lol i don't know how your tyres don't rub going over bumps or even turning into a bend mate as clearance is hardly existent, and you must get loads of road noise from the lower profile tyres

The tyres are 213 35 18. Because of the H&R springs I can drive very hard to the curves. They never had rubbed going over bumps, not a single time. Very happy with the current setup! :)

I have 215/35/18 tyres + alloys on my cupra - it's lowerd on coilovers and you have to be carefull on bumpy roads / turning sharp

I think havin slightly higher profile makes the standard 17s look neater and not make the tyres look like elastic bands...but that just might be my perspective

17" Koya GTR4's, pretty sure 18" would have fitted aswell and looked even better!

I know, it's weird. Original rims fitted with 205 / 40 - 17 Dunlops, the Koya's got fitted with same size Continental CS3's. WAY better drive than the Dunlops, but they do look rather chunky, yes :p
I bet I could have squezeed in 215 / 35 - 18 just fine.
