Hardening Suspension

Hi, I'm new here so I hope I've put it in the right place. I have got a Seat Leon 1.6 Sport Late 2007 with about 15k on the clock. I know the ride is firm in the Sport but recently I've noticed the ride is getting increasingly harder and even the small bumps are annoying.
I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem as I am getting with the ride and could help me out with what to do next as I have been to the Seat dealer and was told it is expected to get little harder and not softer, he also mentioned the bushes may have hardened up (always thought bushes softened up). Would they be covered by warrenty??

Many thanks

Doesn't sound right to me- get a second opinion from someone who you are not expecting to do the work under warranty- deteriorating ride usually means shagged shocks or mounts- I can't think of any mechanical process which would naturally lead to hardening after 3 years -or less- and 15k miles.

Just had a service done last week and found no problems with the suspension but found the tracking was out a bit.

To be honest I'm planning on getting a new leon, 2010 model, so there's no need for me to sort it out.

Cheers for the help guys, will keep a note incase it happens in the future.
