Looking good mate.

Did Chris make the harness bar for ya? Little tip, use a bit of velcro where the harnesses are attached round the bar. Stops them moving about and rubbing on the turrets. Esp when you dont have a passenger. Where are the harness pads???

chris didnt make it na, got a local lad to!

no harness pads yet i want to see yours again 1st :)

i bought a 38mm-44mm vband adaptor so i can run ur mani bill but then went with rs fab.

i think a decat is a little more discreet than i screamer pipe. but i may make a blanking plate for the dp and make a scremer pipe for the odd occasion lol

proberly not bill but i thought they would be better away from the heat. and once they were removed i managed to cut down the abs unit bracket loads which created a nice space for the wastegate as i wanted it where it could be seen easily :):)

Hooch, something off topic a little, but you might want to check the cam chain clearance on that that smooth cover, mine has made a nice groove in my cover. Only found out when i took it off.

my crappy little Oe heatshield seemed to work during racing. ;)
everything else within sight of the manifold and DP tho needed additional shielding as it all melts. muchos hot

Difficult to say, you could double up on the gasket for the rocker and make sure its torqued down well to stop leaks. But i might have a feel i got a pattern and not OEM gasket on there as the half moon leaks oil along with the back part so i'll replace than with an OEM and let you know how i get on.

Ceramic coating of manifolds normally start at £200+ +vat from Camcoat.

Looks tight in there re heat dispersal.

Bill s right re heat shielding. Even on my Golf there's quite a bit of room all things considered but boy it don't have get hot behind there.
I've put additional wrap around my I/C pipe work but have taken off the heat wrap on the manifold. I'd wrap what you can in foil wrap.

I've been considering some extra ducting to get more air in behind....God only knows how much heat Bill's car produces on an even more confined space.

ive found somewhere better than camcoat. but £40 per foot on 40mm mani pipes.

but if it ever comes off its free to re-coat it!
