Ground Point for Amp in Mk4 Ibiza? Pic incl.

Folks, Im all wired up and ready to go with my ICE in the Ibiza. Although im not getting a power light on at my amp. Everything seems to be wired up correctly as ive checked it 3 times. I think it may be my ground that is messing me up. Ive searched for grounding points and people are saying theres a bolt in the boot at the passengers side, Which I cant see. I was thinking of earthing it to the seatbelt mount bolt but my wratchet is broke and I dont have a shifter lying about. Anyway the picture below will show you where ive mounted the ground too. Ive made sure the point is touching bare metal.

Found the problem folks - The area I mounted to had been sprayed by some sort of light coating paint. Gave it a rub now problem has been resolved.
