Grinding noise from wheel area

Noticed last night a grinding type noise from what seems to be the passenger side front wheel (although this is a guess as im sat in the drivers seat)

The issue seems to only occur (or become more prominant) when turning right, the sound seems similar to a bearings going in a skateboard wheel (Thinking back to my youth) so I believe its possibly the bearings that have gone, but im not sure. Speaking to a few people, it seems another possibility is the CV joint.

It doesnt seem to occur when turning left, only when turning right.

I've done a search but came back with no real solution or answer.
I have managed to find this part number, which was listed for the bearing, but im not sure if it is the right one, if anyone can confirm this and maybe price, i'd appreciate it.

Maybe an idea to jack up the car on the passenger side an see if theres any play in the wheel.....i.e place your hands at 12 and 6o'clock on the wheel and see if it moves backwards or forwards slightly....although its worth doing both drivers and passenger side as the noises can travel..
usually with a cv joint its more of a clicking/cracking noise on full lock....usually anyway...
oh and if its a bearing when it gets worse it will start to clunk and whine as your driving

Cheers Craig, i'll give that a try, as you mentioned, it does seem to be more than just a grinding noise, but i couldnt think of a way to describe it.

when my cv went it was a grinding sound, was louder turning on to the damaged side and got louder the further you turned the wheel

have you checked for stones caught in the brake disks though? thats quite common

No didnt get a chance last night got in late, and to work early this morning.
