now the bad news.. greens delivery from france is not due until 7-10days and there is no stock. i ran out this week, placed my stock order in, and was given this lead time.

Green Filter

Filter arrived today Bill.
Fitted in 5 Minutes, really does make the DV louder, not much in the way of induction noise. Great product and great price

PiperX vs Green Cotton

Now I'm totally confused!

Some people prefer the Pipercross, some the Green cotton.
I'm hoping to get one next month but don't know which to get.

Is it just personal preference?
Guys who stock PiperX recommend them & those that stock Green recommend them!
Who is right, if anyone? Seems to me that they are much of a muchness

Read a few threads on this with no definative answer.

It was so much easier choosing between a Fabia or Touran wiper - I just went with the looks!!!

Will keep searching if no definative responses here, then I'll just get the one with best deal after I get bored searching!

pipercross has recently changed there design so they no longer have a heavy oil based filter so its kinder to vags maf.

i have a pipercross.

i would have gne green but the piper was so cheap i couldnt say no.

at the time they had 15% off at www.pipercrossshop.com

Used pipercross on my old leon for 2 yrs, no problems. Thats why i have bought one for my ibiza.
