Green cotton air filter worth purchasing?

Hi I was just wondering what peoples opinions are of changing the standard air filter with say a green cotton version?

I have my 140 diesel remapped to 185 so would it be worth purchasing? or are they over-rated?

got one in mine gives it that litle extra power when needed on pullin away

I've got one in mine, didn't really notice much difference over the standard paper filter.. It needs a clean now though which is a pain!
