I'll be getting 18" GTi wheels on my black LCR, i personally think it will look good when live lowered it 40mm.

nooooooo, leave the lcr alloys on, streets ahead of the gti ones, also be careful of the gtis with the brembos.

imho, the gti will look pap in comparison to the lcrs

also a lcr lowered 40mm will scrape and rub on everything.

remember lcr is approx 20mm ish lower than a standard leon as is, so a 40mm quoted drop will be 20mm

Yea thats what i mean, 40mm springs so yea about 20mm drop just to get rid of the slight arch gap

yeah will be fine then, but i wouldnt replace the lcr alloys with the gtis, the lcr alloys suit the leon perfectly, and are good for brembo clearence.

no idea on the gti alloys. gtis dont have brembos as standard afaik, so id say they may not clear.

bagder 5 has a list on his section of alloys that fit for brembo clearence.
