glowplug leakage

i am here to try to sort someone else's mess.
my sister has a 1.9 desiel r reg alhambra.
her hubby trying to save some money, changed the glow plugs and wound one in thinking they the same as sparkplugs.
there is now a presure release in the second from the right standing at the front of the car
ive been asked to try to prevent the head from needing to be replaced.
i think that the glow plug has pushed its seat skew wiff
has anyone else done this and any sugesgions on how to fix.

i know on spark pugs they can possibly be helicoiled but with a diesels compression i wouldnt be so sure if thats an option
