Booked my LCR in for its 10k service today. Could not believe how polite the lady was who dealt with me over the phone.
Clarified the reason for booking it in, the age, mileage. Asked if it had any problems - when I mentioned the dash rattle asked if there was anything else - almost felt sad that there wasn't.
Offered a courtesy car without prompting - even though it is going in soon (on Friday). Told me there was either a £10 charge for their insurance or I could arrange my own - opted to pay.
I will let you know how I get on. Considering neg's experience at Willoughbys, I may just sit in the Harvester watching!
