Very excited I think tomorrow night will be even harder wait should be done friday. i want to get down while there still mapping it so i can see what power its getting. Hopefully there will be no hitches.

just got back from dropping car off at jabba sport very helpful guys there i wasnt sure what clutch to go for so they showed me a car with single mass fitted with one of there custom jabba lightened flywheel hardly any rattle at all so went for that

Good luck dude! I've gone for a SMF. Hope yours goes well! Phoned Jabba today about the EGR replacement pipe and they've said they're basically too busy to make them!

thanks guys i called for update before they closed and turbo and clutch fitted ok with no problems just got intercooler and map left to do happy days

got car back now omg its quick they had 229bhp to start with but was way to smokey for day to day car so backed it off to 217bhp with 511nm torque which is 369lbs torque very happy with clutch picks up so quick

I am very Happy with it was on mobile when i put up last comment lol so could put these in i had to have an upgraded dog bone mount as car was vibrating to much when in gear.

The engine sounds louder and turbo has lost the annoying siren sound thank god all thats left is boost noises.

i was on way home and it was sunny still so could have a play. was on a short bit of road and a scooby was on my arse. came to a round about and put pedal half way down and got around roundabout and planted foot to floor and scooby was gone in cloud of diesel smoke lol then it started to rain. in the wet you dont want to push pedal down more than half way else it wheel spins like crazy. think i shaved half my tread off lol. clutch feels so smooth more like a sports car clutch. engine sounds more sporty to revs so freely. in whole feels like a different car altogether.

Torque numbers are wrong. With stock mapping you wont have 377Nm, call it 310-315, and you be on the right way. ( Remember, for 20% torque OVER stock, you would need 20% MORE injection quantity than stock. Where should they come from?)
And now how do you want to add ANOTHER 140Nm to reach 510Nm???

So at least the numbers of Will´s stg1 remap are kind of proven with that dyno what depends the torque, hp is to high for stock turbo again.

But Jabbas numbers are 100% false.

For 500+Nm you would need almost 100mg/stroke injection quantity. Stock nozzles flow not more than 85mg and already this amount is not safe for engine and contains bad combustion efficiency extra high thermal stress and danger for engine internals.

I bet my a** off that these numbers are BS, just to sad nobody will ever give a try to proof me that i am wrong....(I know i am not*g*)

its not a stock turbo its a hybrid turbo dynamics turbo. power graph is spot on as you can see the stage one is coming out same as wills rolling road. think the only way to prove it is drive it, omg my neck hurts from 3 hour drive in it yesterday lmao

Nope. The only thing with those bushes on the diesels is, it makes the car rock a fair bit. It holds the engine much steadier, but the engine then shakes the car instead! So wont be going for one unless I need to.

This is my ride with the old, long "non sport" gearbox, you have shorter gearbox.

The car has about 205hp/410Nm

With 500Nm you rip your gearbox in pieces when you accelerate with WOT, and/or(when gearbox holds up*g*) should be WAY faster than seen on my video...

it was other way round for mine with standard ones car was so shakey so they suggested i upgrade. now its so smooth they know there stuff. i am dying to go out in car again i have fallen in love with car all over again lol. just wish it wasnt wet cant play as hard.
