Hi guys, Been absent a long time fighting a fight which could have gone better.
I have had to finally accept that I can't see myself driving again and the sadness of realising my beloved Mk1 has to go and help towards tidying things up for the wife.
As I've been out of car selling for a long time I wonder if could ask a favour with advice that will help.
I don't want to lose out on WBAC outfits due to extras.
It is a 130 pdi with 150 turbo and Bobby Singh remap to around 235. Darkside SMIC, beefed up ARBs front and rear and kept mechanically sound with all the TLC I could muster 🙂.

Any advice on a reasonable price I could expect and where best to advertise it?

Also having to sell all my tools, some specific for the car like cam removal tools. Even things like a mig welder bought and still in the box!

You can advertise the various bits on here, someone may be interested. There's always eBay, Leons tend to make good money up to a certain point.

Hard to make a proper call on value without seeing the condition

Thanks for the reply.

I'm sure we used to have a dedicated for sale section but can't see it now?
Or should I just create an "items for sale" thread?

Sorry to hear the news. You could put it on ebay and set a reserve price. How much that would be i don't know.
