Does anyone have a pic of where the gearbox oil drain and fill bolts are? (the bolts / nuts that you need to undo to drail and fill the gearbox oil). I looked around my selector but could not see anything that looked like the right thing?

The oil fill plug is a 17mm hex bolt located (from memory) about half way up the gearbox towards the front and the drain will be underneath also you will need 2.8 litres so 3 bottles of the redline product above.

Sweet - thanks. Would I need some stands - or can I do it with the car sat on a jack / on the wheels?

depends on how low your car is it will need filling when completely flat so the level is right the oil needs to start dribbing out of the filling hole, this can be a pain to do so get yourself a gearbox oil filler otherwise it will be hard work!
