Just had a 50k service at this dealers. Small but friendly dealership with good traditional customer service, they even did a great job of washing my car. Price paid for the service was actually cheaper than quoted and very competitive. Parts chap knew about the Leon bonnet seal and they had one in stock. Overall, very impressed by this dealer and will go back in future.
No problems with imports.

Completely agree with the above post raymond garage is definitely good value for money, professional and well worth the visit. customer service is excellent and the free car wash and hoover is a definite plus point. 10/10

This garage deserves some sort of a medal they are simply awsome. Bought my Ibiza FR TDi from there in January this year, Barry Evans was the salesman I was dealing with and he did everthing for me. He even ran back and forth to the DVLA in Swansea to get the paperwork for the transfer of my personalised plate.

And when I had a bump in the car, yet again the Garage and their workshop were awsome. After the major hassle I had with my Insurance on the paying out buisness the work Garej Raymond carried out on the car and the free courtousey car I had with them, they were a god send. I cannot praise them enough. Wish every garage that I have ever dealt with take a leaf out of their book!

Yep,after all the fear i had when i found my second hand altea had a water leak,i was expecting months of hassle,but Raymonds changed the windscreen under warranty and its been dry since,never had a leak fixed in 1 attempt before

Garej Raymond -use them or lose them.

We have two Seats. a Leon 110 Tdi out of warranty and a new Ibiza 1.9 Tdi.

I have been to Raymonds for the Leon service when in warranty and OE parts for service when out of warranty.

They are what all stealers should aim for. Caring about their customers and their cars. Honest, helpful (Huw in parts is awesome!) and not pushy.

The Ibiza only has 2k miles but will be going to them for servicing. We'll do 25k a year so will see them regularly. The Leon is our workhorse and currently my commuter and dog/DIY transport.

If we find the Altea XL big enough, the Leon will be changed - for the dog - soon. If not we will hang onto the Leon til it dies.

We have Seat because a) they are very good b) reasonable costs c) look a lot more stylish than their VW stablemates.

Most of all we love the Seats because of Garej Raymond. Faith in a dealership is a must to long term ownership.

Pretty nice dealership. Never dealt with them for servicing but I enquired about the Ibiza FR when it first come out and were very helpful. Offered test drives with no fuss and certainly not pushy which is nice.
