Front facia

I noticed the other day the front plastic facia on my cupra is wearing around the volume button..... its like a grey colour and it goin black like how the door handles scratches off, its like as if the covering on the plastic is coming off. any one else had this?? and can you buy just the plastic front to the radio/aircon from the dealer or does it come with screen and everything

as far as i know you have to buy the screen as well im sure the last time i asked for a price fron the dealers for the facia they wanted 250 quid !!!!
