Don't you just hate inconciderate gobshites who do things like that and drive off.

I would try t-cut first to see how much is actually through the paint.

A carefully used touch up stick will hide most of it.

Alternative is someone like chips away or one of the other mobile dent/chip removal companies.

That is my pet hate.......GRRRRRRR

As Deano says a touch up stick can work well. Get plenty paint on then smooth it off with some t-cut when it is dry.

Good luck!

I wouldn't, use T'cut as it's to abrasive for a clearcoat finish, its designed for single stage paint and it'll scratch the remaining clearcoat, better trying a scratch remover first..

I had something similar but on the rear bumper but i used some G3 cut compound with a machine polisher and topped it up with some polish and when i was happy a coat of wax for a nice clean look :)

I can't understand why people recommend chips away.

You wouldn't gloss a door out side in the wind and rain. So why paint ypur car outside.

Paint needs to be applied in a controlled environment. Or as usually the case with chips away it breaks Down a month or two later

Quite a few of our company cars have been sorted by chips away - none have complained yet.
They turn up with a portable work booth and work on the car inside it. Even have IR heaters for faster paint drying.

Agreed they are not cheap.
