FR TDI now with Smartnav???!!

yep, it replaces the sport pack. you either have smartnav or the R kit.

I've got it on mine, Make sure if you are having it fitted, the dealer puts the SIM card number on the paper work otherwise you'll have load of trouble getting it activated, the paperwork that comes with it doesnt have a place to put the number on, as it should, basically i had one of the first Seat units fitted to my FR back in july.


If you get the FR+ you get both, so if you took delivery of an or FR/FR+ TDI in july-sept you get it

No they done It goes on a brodit Pro Clip on the center air vents, which i thought would bother me, but its the best place for it.........Pics later

The dealer which I am given a deposit to this coming week has not mentioned the special deal on the smartnav.The car I am getting is a LCR do You guys think there could be something sneeky going on

You get RAC trackstar free for one year, and 15 free trips, I set mine to pay as u go at 80p Per trip, however i stick it on every day due to traffic/road works on the routes to work, so im going for the £120 all in for the year now. min topup on PAYG is £25, i topped up at the end of aug and its go less than half the credit left already. hence the swap. it very good and you can recieve incomeing calls on the unit too, so turn your moible OFF, divert the calls to the car, and you have a hands free kit too!!

Not keen on the smart nav, but i use the same roads to work so would have no use for it, plus i got PDA sat nav for if i do go somewhere different

im glad i got the Trackday etc instead of the smartnav, each to there own

very nice I am going to the dealer in the morning with a deposit and hopefully sign on the dotted line but it say's on the Seat website that the Smartnav offer runs out on the 30th of september and the car has to be registed. Do You think I have enough time left as the dealer has not got a new LCR in luna grey in stock at the moment.

Arctic You said You went on the track day so I presume You have a Seat rally jacket aswell

Why I am asking is that I am bidding for one on e bay and the person who is selling the garment say's that it is the real thing. Is the Seat logo on the back of the jacket on a angle?

The dealer should get one by then i would say, as mine was within a week but was an FR not LCR

Yeah the S on the jacket is at an angle, they are very nice, warm jackets, as proven at knockhill

saddly i missed the track day, but using the m1 everymorning this traffic master /smart nav is becoming a great time saver
