FR DSG and MFD

feels like im talking in acronyms now!!

in the FR does anyone know if the standard small MFD (display) shows which gear you are in if you have the DSG option. Or otherwise how is the gear displayed (or not?)

i test drove an FR DSG but i think that had the bluetooth so came with the larger display and had the gearing showing at the bottom of the display. wasnt sure how this worked if u didnt have the BT option though.

Not sure on that one, however don't even consider getting the car without bluetooth. It is essential these days and works very well with the right phones.

What did you think of the car with DSG and was it on 18" wheels? How did you find the ride>

yeah i keep reading that about the bluetooth on here. didnt think much of it before but am starting to come around to the idea now

the DSG was awesome, flawless gearchanges, but i knew it would be as id already driven the DSG in a loan a3 i got whist my car was in for service. but matched with the 2.0T engine, the fun factor was truley fantastic

the demo FR i drove had the standard 17" wheels on and the ride was ok. it didnt feel overly firm and i even tried sitting at the back. im sure the 18" wheels will make a small difference, though not sure how much
