I think your best bet for a PCP deal is use your local dealer or go online. Purchasing cars is changing and the days of some getting better deals then others are disappearing.

Hi all,

Times have changed a lot since most of the previous posts. Interest rates, list price etc, availability and demand is still high. It would seem you all got very good deals.

I have had a few PCP quotes for a V2 1.5 Auto in Desire Red based on 6000 miles per year.

Cupra will give £1500 towards the deposit. There is no discount as such on the list price and the best I have had so far is £500 from the dealer and and extra £200 on the part ex.

So with £6k down it will be approx £396 per month over 4 years. 7.2% for the interest.

Has anyone recently managed to get anything better ?

Many thanks
John

I'd lease instead and save myself about £5500. 🤷

I did end up going PCP as needed some flexibility and I may want to buy at the end or chop it in for another one a bit sooner. I managed to get more discount and high price for the PX so deposit was good.

Leasing likely works out cheaper however many can not get a car for a while due to being a factory order, I guess I was very lucky that the dealer had exactly what I wanted new.

Hi all.

Currently looking at lease quotes on an auto V2 1.5 Formentor, was just curious if any of you have advice on sites with the best prices?
Lease on my Kuga isn't up until December but would like to get it sorted out asap as I've heard I may be looking at 6 months for delivery.

Cheers!

Try LeasingOptions.co.uk, I have had a V2 Formentor for a few weeks now. They have been very helpful and keep in good contact with me and the dealer.

Cupra themselves doing 0% PCP finance until October at the moment, looks to be 36 months only but I'm going to give the local dealer a call tomorrow for a chat. While they are about £4500 more expensive than what I've got on order, at 0% it will probably work out about the same

While chatting to the dealer about my car, he let me know that Cupra have apparently extended the guarantee of 0% until March 2024 so if you order now and it's not registered until march they will still offer the 0%. Previously it was only until December 31st so if anyone was put off (like I was) that cars weren't going to be delivered until next year it might be worth a call back

Did you get this sorted in the end? I've only just joined the forum but would be able to help for sure, if you haven't sorted already?

Found a deal today for a V2 Manual 150PS - £3.5k down, 8000 miles a year, 2 services for £396 p/m for 48 months. Given the new model coming in later this year is this any good?

Try Leasing options, I went through them for the same and was just over £300 with less upfront.

Had a call off the dealer I purchased my Formentor from, it seems they're throwing some 0% and a £3.5K deposit contribution to clear the last of the pre-facelift Formentors. I assume its therefore only available on cars already in stock as the factory will be churning out the facelift model.

Maybe the last chance to get a pre-facelift (and better looking in my eyes) Formentor before the 1st July 2024 Speed Awareness regulations kick in...
