As for the screw james. wont make any difference.

yeah i fitted the CAI and forge fmic at the same time, would have been very awkward to fit if the stock smic was still in place but would have been doable.

sucking noise from the TIP increased alot and turbo whistle is quite abit louder too. plus the added whoosh echoing down the intake pipe when you change up:D

Turbo Intake Pipe - this is a hose that connects to the inlet of the turbo. The forge hose is 1 piece silicon and is less restrictive than stock

the 007p is a recirculating diverter valve, with a serviceable/adjustable metal piston design for varied levels of boost. its the alternative to a atmospheric dumpvalve which 1.8T engines dont like

have fun fitting it. tried on my first tip myself on the drive with axel stands took me about 5 hours and a lot of cuts.
when we swapped it, as we though this was causing a boost leak, which it wasn't, in my mates garage it took us just 45mins on his ramps.

Yeah Gav, if you have access to a pit, or Ramps i'd recommend them.

Also make sure you have a mate there to help you to, and also some low profile ratchet, with allen key fitments!

Also see if you can get hold of some small fingers / hands / Arms.

same here. i made a cup of tea and handed hima few spanners. got my cam belt water pump all trnsioners and ram, d/p and cat ko3s turbo and tip fitted for free.

but i had to do a few jobs at his house, took me about 2 saturdays about 6 hours a day, moving radiators. repiping his kitchen hot and cold and a new gas supply.

the way i look at it each to there own trade. i dotnmmind giving him ahand but its easier for me to let him do it.
