Forge TIP Mk4 Cupra

I have one on mine and have had no problems at all. my car was used for the development of the pipe and iv had it on the car 2-3months now with no probs. have you spoke to Forge???

Are these worth getting as I want to get one but they dont list one for BBU engines?

In my opinion yes there worth it, i noticed a slight increase in boost pressure once mine was fitted.

ive just ordered 1 in red for mine it better fit or im not going to be happy what exactly does it rub on?? the cupra wont be much diffrent to the fr where the tip fits. it should be fine!

Cupra and FR Engine is excatly the same so it would fit the same way.

It fits fine. Will take a photo tomorrow morning. No problems with mine.

no problems on forges side fits perfect i just needed to slightly bend the corner of a heat shield and wrap a gear linkage in smooth tape as it had worn away part of the metal original tip!!! sure you havent to it twisted on the turbo meaning its putting everything out of line at the top!

bbu is the same layout and is pysically the same as the bjx fr engine

Had a quick look last night will post pics later (to cold and dark). The only thing rubbing against my TIP is a small black pipe with is made out of rubber.

Just need a 70-90 Jubilee clip to replace them cable ties

Double check that your not looking at the Mk3 TIP as they are the same price. (Bigar have you bought the mk3 tip!?)

looks great! my engine cover batery cover and liquid caps are all getting sprayed tomorrow or day after so along with both the pipes its going to look mint

rash - what colour you having your stuff sprayed? will be interesting to see what they look like
