FMIC and warranty

If I was to get a FMIC fitted, would this affect the warranty on the car? Basically want to get the Cupra kit on.

Depends on the dealer really.

If you had a problem with say, the suspension, I don't think most dealers would have a problem with carrying out the work. If you had a problem directly with the intercooler/pipework/sensors then you would have to fight it.

Technically the warranty would still be affected as you've deviated from the standard specification of the car.

the warrenty might not be affected, only if you get SEAT to charge you an arm an a leg to fit everything!

I'm glad you said that as I'm hoping my dealer dosn't spot my pd160 intake mod

although I have the old bits just in case heehee
