Got some fly eye from eBay, tinted head lights. Looks good. Easy to apply...then I did the centre rear tail light, stupidly leaving the hardest till last, the outer rear tail light. How many curves can you fit on one light? Wow! Tried 4 times gave up! So obviously took the rest of the fly eye off the other part of rear tail lights. Going to do front fog lights too but I'm in a huff now so will do it another time.

Well the site said fully legal, as not a tint so let's all the light out. It's a black mesh with loads of holes in it so the light can get through just like before. Did my fog lights too. Looks great. No photos yet as just dropped car off at dealers because of annoying wind noise coming through driver side door on the motorway.
The rear lights a nightmare good luck! Hopefully your better then me at it

Yeah. I should hopefully get my car back today and I'll add a few more pictures. Like I say, an actual tint is illegal I think so think this is the only option

Sounds logical.

You buy a car with possibly the best headlights on the market and you stick plastic all over them to reduce the light output.

They are a very long way from "the best headlights on the market". Xenons piss all over these weak LED lights.

Anyway, back to the original topic, didn't people use tights for this effect back in the day? :D

I think they're awesome, but then I am coming from halogen on last cupra. Car before that had xenons though and they were nowhere near as good as these LED's.
