i have a split dv thats adjusted to as much recirc. the wastegate is making the chirping sound, and the dv makes the pshhh.. its always been like this and ive a pipercross viper induc kit, n249 n112 bypass as well. the wastegate will always operate unless you pull the vac hose off it then itll be down to the pressure of the spring in the actuator on the turbo. ive listened to the vid and it sound normall to me. mine is like that.
