anyone know which floormats are best for the leon? im sick of arguing with my dealer - he said he would throw some in and didnt and all i now want is some mats!!!
i did look at a thread a whil back with a link to some but i can't find it now?
also, i can't seem to see any fixings for them does this mean they will be loose and get in the way on occasion?

the original mats have fixings like a plastic self tapping screw and literally screw into the carpet. Bit naff really but mine came with them when it was delivered a couple of weeks ago

Try www.autostyle.co.uk I've used them before and was really impressed with the quality. A little bit pricey but it depends what you're after,

I got mine from Ambassador Car Mats - they were really helpful I asked for a few changes to trim colour and not a metal plate which they were more than happy with. As mine is an fr I got the fr logo put on them too. They look great and are fabricated to fit properly.

Really happy good finishing touch - fr tax disc holder next :D

again.. ebay around £16 for the 4, black with red piping. Lasted over a year still looking good. Slight wear around the drivers heel but that's expected after 14k miles on them.

I would definately advise not to spend more than £25. my mate spent almost £70 on his. pretty expensive to say you only see them for 0.5 second as you open the door and get in.

Sales person told me not to bother with the plastic screws as they bu&&er up the carpet and don't really grip that well...? So I've never bothered and never had any problems - so far...

The best are the OEM ones IMO. Yes, they're expensive but they will outlast any of the cheap crap on ebay. I've had mine in for 2 and a half years (55K miles) and they're still fine.
