Fitting an ARB

Think Im buying a VRS arb off a member on here wondering how I go about fitting this arb. Is it a job I can do? and if so how do I do it, im alright when it coems 2 this sort of thing but not like massively confident so if its an easy job wouldnt mind giving it a go. Chears for any help

you need to drop the subframe to get the arb out and in its quite a big job, i wouldnt try this unless i had car on a proper lift
