fitted number plate holders :)

ok peeps i went to get my number plate holders after work 5 mins of pain listening to an old timer chat about his pride and joy and i was on my way.

i unscrewed the old plate and fitted the holder and popped in the number plate

how do u open them Smee? i hear u ask

that my friend is where u need a key.

a key like soo

use the key in the designated key slot

once unlocked u can now bend open the flaps like so

remove the plate and pop in the replacement, and them fold back the lip and clip in to place

step back and admire

what do u think??

i can get more of these holders if people are interested.

those are dubmiester surrounds, iv had a set for ages...and your supposed to get a plastic key to open them..its part of the back plate u pop it out

still look nice on the mk4, nice scn plates too

meh the police will no doubt pull me over when the private plate goes on... they dont like the fact is has wrong font. its an anigram. no space. slogan. border. lol i think there the most illegal plates u can get lol

had a look on that site... they selling plates for £15 each and u cna add the surround for £10 EACH... WTF.... what a rip off

the ones with words on were abit more (the ones that were in that group buy phil organised)

i meant the key is part of the back of the surround you just pop it and and stick the 2 prong into the slots on the sides...just abit worried u might break the securing pieces by prying it upen with the screwdriver

there isnt a cut away on the ibiza for the plates. infact thats a very crap part of the ibiza the fact u have a small part to screw to and the plates over hang BADLY... still every ones is the same so nevermind...

ill get a pic for u tonight.. as im in the fiat today...

i paid £7.05 including VAT gonna see about a key at lunch time as i want one
