If cruising around 90 iirc but if "going some" or steep hills goes over the 100 mark if not higher, been a while since i have had that gauge on tbh.
My oil normally sits around the 90/100 mark (LCR 225). If giving it some beans it can climb to 110/120. Track use sees it over 130 and I then change it pretty soon after.

My liquid gauge shows an oil temp and I want to know how it 'measures' it. I apparently don't have a sensor in my 210.
All the Leons must have an oil temp sensor, i don't understand why vagcom can't mesure it though.

They must tbh seeing as the 180 and 225 does, seems strange just to leave it of a 210.
Yeah I think they must have oil temp sensors too. Strange though that you cant read it with Vagcom.
Anyway not too fussed really as it works well with the liquid gauge, which is all I wanted.

No i havent...i just meant that my Liquid Gauge displayed my oil temp....therefore presuming my car has an oil temp sensor.
OK I think we need to find it to dismiss us as an exception to the rule. Where is the above pic? I will go looking for it at the weekend.
Is anyone else getting freaked out Lambda/AFR readings from the LG?
On idle, the reading stays and hovers on 1.0
Soon as you give it some welly (not even full throttle) the right hand figure goes off the scale - as you can see it peaks at 1.990
i was wondering if anyone else can test theirs and let me know how they get on

Mine hovers at 1.0 on idle and also goes off the scale, but only when in gear and no throttle, slowing down but not coasting.
When throttle is on the figure goes just below 1.0, which i think means a richer mixture. When it's above zero it's leaner. I think that's the right way round. So when no throttle it should go higher than 1.0 as it reduces fuel.
