The oil pressure one is a tough one to install. http://www.42draftdesigns.com/instal...on1Volume4.pdf page 27 has a good picture of the oil filter and all the connecting parts. You'll need to buy a oil pressure sender so that both the defi and orignial VW sender (# 16 in that diagram) can work as well.
Oil temp is easier because you can see bolt #10. The link above is a good one for fitting instructions.
BUT ONE PIECE OF ADVICE: I'm using Forge 3mm vac tubing and keep spliting it, thus sending a boost leak back to the ECU. So go for some thicker wall construction
