not sure if these are important factors buddy, but i thought id point them out!

nah the hole is tiny, like 3mm, just enough to let water out.

The TT box comes with a drainage hole in as standard.

just had a look at some of the pics i took of my airbox (i take loads when i do mods to my car!) and sure enough there is a hole in it!

Saw the simota at Autosport, looked nice but iirc its just a heat shield for cone filter! but could duct into it?

i think all the airboxes are the same yes!

i know the filter sizes are so the boxes will be.

even if they were not, the principle would be exactly the same!

The part number is stamped on. I would guess that yours'll be the same as the Cupra.
