ChrisUK - if I remember correctly, I am sure you said you owned an MX5 during one point of your life and the horn on that is literally a "peep-peep" so I thought you would have been used to a wimpy horn by now.

I don't have a problem with the sound a horn makes as I don't normally use it much but once there was a cat in the road who wouldn't move and I "horned" without noticing a group of teenagers standing on the pavement beside me - they pissed themselves laughing and ended up chasing the cat away for me as it didn't move one bit when I "horned" it. Most embarrasing.

One of the comments was, "nice car but **** horn, mate".:cry: :redface:

i wonder if it is possible to install some sort of comedy horn ie. dukes of hazzard, can't decide if i'd feel daft pressing it though.

LOL my mate had one of those dukes of hazard air horns years ago in his fiesta years ago! I fitted it for him and it was 7 seperate horns fed off the air compressor! Really Really LOUD! Could here him coming from miles away! :lol:
