Faulty headlight?

A few days back I noticed my nearside sidelight was out. Last night the headlight stopped working, started working and then stopped again.

I've checked both bulbs just and neither are blown. Can someone give me a clue what could be wrong?

Car is an 01 Cupra, obviously out of warranty.

Could be the bulb faulty, try swaping them over, check the connectors to see if they nice and tight.
Good reason to upgrade to HID

If sidelight and headlight are playing up, it's probably a loose wire/bad earth problem. Start from the lamps backwards and wiggle all the connections etc

See if you can track it down that way
